Wavesandbox is running our production servers, while the code we have
open sourced so far ("FedOne") are for a prototype server which talks
the federation protocol, and a "toy" client + client/server protocol
which is specific to FedOne. Please see

The robot API does not apply to the FedOne project. We hope to
open-source more of the system as soon as we can, though at this point
we are working very hard to get the Google Wave product more complete
and the servers stable.
