Hi Tobber, In Wave's abstract data model, a blip is a message in a conversation. If you use the wave sandbox instance, each message that you see in a wave is a blip. Under the hood each blip is a separate document. The relationships between blips define the conversation structure. These relationships will be described in another document, details of which we hope to publish soon.
Note that the FedOne client uses a much simpler conversation model and doesn't have multiple blips in a wave.
