The packet logging is under Server Settings named "Message Audit Policy".
I just followed the instructions in the wiki, no extra components.
I have no A records for wave.glines.com and glines.com, just the SRV
records for -xmpp_server._tcp.wave.glines.com and
-xmpp_server._tcp.wave.glines.com. These are all that's needed (plus a
working DNS A record for the server that is named in the SRV records).

BTW, I have the echoey agent running on this server if you ever get
the connection working and want to confirm it.
