This is the correct group to post the problem. I just checked out a fresh copy of the wave-protocol code and I don't get the RPC error. Did you change anything before trying to compile? What java compiler are you using? What is the relevant (i.e. failing message, stack trace, etc) part of TEST-org.waveprotocol.wave.examples.fedone.rpc.RpcTest.xml?
