Well, I don't think the problem is necessarily at your end. It looks like wavesandbox is having some issues. It asked you for the same signer info three times (version=2), then asked for the same delta history twice (versions 0-3). Then it asked for the signer info three times (version=0) and the delta history several more times before the log ended.
It's possible that wavesandbox has a problem dealing with the case where the same domain/participant is know by more than one certificate. You might want to create an issue and attach your log. Also, do the test again (full restart) , but let it run for a while after doing the "/add" command and see if it settles down.
