How do you prevent another wave server from writing to the wavelet at
present, and why would this strategy not be able to be used if TP2
were satisfied?

The only thing TP2 states is that sites will converge when operations
are applied in different orders.  This has nothing to do with
authentication, security and the like.  I fail to see a connection...
