Nope, doing a dig against the wave.hiq8k.com returns the following:

;; ANSWER SECTION:
wave.hiq8k.com.         17555   IN      A       87.254.206.50

As you can see there is a perfectly valid A record for wave.hiq8k.com.

However what might be happening is that while the packets are being
delivered to your server, they aren't being returned. Do you have the
log for the period where I was attempting to discover your server?
