One of our servers had a slight misconfiguration which was not picked up for a few hours. This would have resulted in intermittent failures when connecting to wave.wavesandbox.com using the federation protocol. This would have manifested as an XMPP dialback failure, or the receiving of any updates from wavesandbox.com. The problem existed on a subset of our servers only, but lasted for a few hours. The problem has now been fixed. Apologies for the outage.
Please note also the previous announcement of a problem with Openfire release version (3.6.4), as pointed out in this post: https://groups.google.com/group/wave-protocol/browse_thread/thread/fecd6a104c264d9 thanks, Jochen Bekmann Software Engineer, Google Wave -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Wave Protocol" group.
