Ok my bad. Seems like I had overwritten the WebSocket patch from Tad (http:// groups.google.com/group/wave-protocol/browse_thread/thread/ c66b08a7435d63ba/b91bb415f8e90267?lnk=gst&q=websocket#) with a pull of the io2010 repository changes. After importing the patch again it works fine again.
As Tad mentioned the changes will be included with the new Jetty version.
