Thanks I tried another solution ...there was a proxy which was creating problem ...its resolved now...... ....Everything is fine now but.....when i start the server at localhost:9898 it shows "Connected(in green label ) for 2 secs only then again change to Disconnected(in yellow label) and it goes on tic tac / tic tac ..............
