Hi all,

As some of you have already noted, we've settled on a plan for our
contributions to round out the open source Wave client and server over the
   coming months.

Our goal is a simple but useable Wave application we've dubbed "Wave in a
Box". We'll publish a more detailed task breakdown early next week and will
be eager for feedback. Work on a persistence implementation for FedOne is
already under way, combining some of your contributions with elements from
   our production implementation.

With regard to timelines, we plan to make the specific improvements
mentioned in the blog post by year end.

We look forward to continued collaboration.

Alex & Soren, for the Google Wave team

   P.S.

Pamela Fox has whipped up a wave protocol t-shirt sporting a new logo.
