I agree the information is a bit hard to navigate and we haven't update much
of it since the past month's developments.

For reference, our overall goal is:
- The code and stuff directly related to the code goes on code.google.com,
because that's the best tool for it
- Everything else goes on waveprotocol.org

The API forum is separate from the protocol forum because initally they
suited very different types of developers: the API forum for those building
*on* Google Wave, and the protocol forum for those building or integrating
their own wave systems. That separation may begin to make less sense in the
future as WIAB comes to support the same APIs.

We'll put some time into cleaning things up over the coming weeks.
