I don't think that there are private customized waveinabox servers yet. Regarding wave blogging - there's a Google Wave extension that allows to post to Blogger from Wave. However, waveinabox does not (fully) supports yet Robots and Gadgets API, so it will take a while until we will see waveinabox extensions of the kind you described.
