James, on GWT/GXP:  I'm also unsure about this.  I've been watching the
progress of Lightwave, in case Tensor turns out to be difficult to implement
on the WIAB architecture.

Torben:  Good point about ascending trees.  I've added the ability to move
up and down trees freely.  Let me know if the following action is easily
discoverable, and feels right:

On the iPad, one should be able to drag left and right along the whole tree
without selecting anything new.  I believe this is the obvious behavior you
mentioned.  Free horizontal movement is desirable, but the CSS/JS isn't
quite that robust at this point.  I'll think on how to implement this.
