A mail to this list (or, from next week, [email protected]) is good. Please include as much information as possible, such as a stack trace from your failure.
If it's repeatable then a bug in our issue list http://code.google.com/p/wave-protocol/issues/list is good too. The tests are passing for me and the continuous build seems fine. If you provide more information we can help you troubleshoot.
