The weston demo weston-screenshooter doesn't work anymore in 1.0.4.
I investigated it a bit and the function display_handle_mode is not called to
set the output width and height and because of this the set_buffer_size fails.
I tried fixing it by adding a wl_display_dispatch and wl_display_roundtrip
before set_buffer_size, but display_handle_mode is still not called.
