The menu positioning code in gtk_menu_item_position_menu depends on having the
absolute position of the top-level window. But because the Wayland backend
fakes it by assuming top-levels have position (0, 0),
gtk_menu_item_position_menu can't re-position the menu if it spills off the
screen to the bottom or to the right.
