I'm not uploading newer versions here because I suspect the patch order will be
messed up. The changes since the patches attached here the new "wayland:
Introduce XWayland surface role" patch and the updated "MetaWaylandSurface:
Don't respond to frame callback when role unassigned" patch (and corresponding
updates to the later patches).
The branch could probably be split in two - one for the surface roles and then
for the hidpi cursors part. I can report the roles part as a separate bug if
anyone would prefer.
