The "edge-scrolling-enabled" option in gsettings was enabled, though the
"scroll-method" was set to "two-finger-scrolling". But even now that I have set
it to "edge-scrolling" it does not seem to make any difference, two-finger
scrolling is the only scrolling that will work, the other does not and
everything behaves as previously described.
