We need to split this in two IMHO:
1. Moving the ClutterEmebd, that relies on configure events that gtk+/gdk
doesn't emit when the window scrolls
2. Clipping, that would need to be done in clutter itself.
=> Moving to gtk+ as this is what I have for now...
