Description:

Pressing the "Windows" key in gedit on Wayland leads to a protocol error and
all work lost.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to reproduce

1. Run gedit
2. Press the "Windows" key on the keyboard

Expected result:

Context menu appears

Actual result

gedit vanishes, along with all unsaved work.
