Hi,
this cannot be a Wayland bug. Rationale:

Please, I would suggest to file a new bug to the specific Wayland compositor
where this bug manifests, or if it is a driver bug file a bug for the driver.
If you are unsure which component is responsible, I would recommend filing a
bug with your distribution.
