The libinput Accel Speed property still shows 0, have you tried lowering it?
It's a double in the range [-1, 1] for slowest/fastest.
The range of the trackpoint seems to fall into the default of 20, so whatever
that trackpoint is doing, it's different to the laptops the current accel
method was designed on. Not sure how to debug this, tbh.
