Anyhow, I ran
sudo udevadm hwdb --update
and then udevadm test /sys/class/input/event3
and I attach the output.
As to /lib/udev/rules.d/90-libinput-model-quirks.rules, I am afraid I don't
really understand - and so I will simply attach the whole file.
