In weston.ini I have
[keyboard]
keymap_layout=us,de,bg
keymap_options=grp:rctrl_rshift_toggle
and this works as expected, until I change to another console with Ctrl+Alt+Fx.
When I return back to weston with Ctrl+Alt+Fy it has forgotten the current
virtual keyboard layout.
The layout shall be preserved on Ctrl+Alt+Fx switches.
I use weston 4/wayland 1.15.0/ protocols 1.13.
