This bug start appeared after applying this patch

This patch overhemly needed for fix hangs steam client and other Xwayland
applications like Firefox.
Unfortunately a unable leave comment about this problem below patch.
Also I note when I sitting all day at computer this issue not happens. It
happens only when I leave computer for several hours idling.
