This series makes the gl-renderer accept the YUYV, NV12 and YUV420 dmabuf formats using the existing shader path. There is no implementation in pixman-renderer, nor any drm passthrough in case the hardware supports this.
It also adds a new client, weston-simple-dmabuf-v4l, which retrieves dmabuf fds from V4L2 and sends them to the compositor. It supports both single- and multi-planar v4l2 APIs, and was tested against both the uvcvideo and the vivid module in Linux 4.2 and 4.3. I also renamed the old Intel-specific simple-dmabuf to simple-dmabuf-intel, and fixed a few deficiencies found during the development of simple-dmabuf-v4l.
