Hi, Thanks to Pekka and Quentin for the review: this fixes some errors in the original README/CONTRIBUTING doc submission for Weston, retaining the GitLab MR move. It also adds a patch to Wayland's CONTRIBUTING.md, severing the two sets of instructions.
