libinput 1.29.2 is now available.

On top of the usual device quirks this release has fixes for two regressions
introduced in the 1.29 release:
- a zero delta timestamp caused the custom pointer acceleration to jump to 0/0
  when clicking a button,
- a missing forced proximity out event could cause two tablet tools to be in
proximity at the same time. This could cause GTK applications to crash.

Many thanks to our contributors Dan Forest, Daniel Brackenbury, David
Santamaría Rogado, José Expósito, and Mingcong Bai.
