In response to James Carroll's inquiry about Josie Lloyd aka Lydia Crossthwaite, she's alive and well, but pretty much of a recluse, according to the agent of her father, actor/writer/director/producer Norman Lloyd, whose well healthwise and well into his 90s. I've been trying for the past seven years to get her permission to have her sign my copy of Jim Clark and Ken Beck's Mayberry Memories book, but no luck.
