Now we all know that Barney was not the last of the big time spenders. But just how many times did we ever see Barney actually spending some of his own money? I can think of these:
1. Barney dropped a quarter of the counter at the drug store when he was spying on Ellie and the new doctor. 2. Barney paid Floyd for a haircut and told him to go buy a book about barbering. 3. Barney gave Floyd a dollar for using his whisk broom. 4. Barney gave Opie money to go by a licorice whip when he was on the phone. 5. Barney was very generous when he gave money for the Scoby fund. There were many references to things where Barney did actually buy things, but I am looking for scenes that actually show him handing over his hard earned money. I am sure there must be more scenes.
