Hey good old Eau Claire Wisconsin was ranked as the 2nd safest city in the entire US of A. According to FBI statistics, Eau Claire came in 2nd behind a city in Utah. I am wondering if they will be coming to Eau Claire to make a presentation. I know they usually do that just for the number 1 city, but I am hoping in this case they will also come to Eau Claire. One big difference though. Both are sheriff and all his deputies carry guns. And they all have bullets in them.
