The Knoxville, TN "Mayberry" chapter's own Sammy ("Barney Fife") Sawyer will
emcee the "Mayberry in the Smokies" Show at the historical Tennessee Theater
(604 S. Gay St.) in downtown Knoxville on Sat., Dec. 8 at 7:30 pm. His show
includes local tribute artists such as
Chris "Ernest T. Bass" Monday, Leon "Rafe Hollister" Jeans, John "Zero" Hitch
and even the mysterious head nodding Mr. Schwamp, among others. In addition,
Carrie Hassler and Hard Rain will be there. He will have classic scenes from
several TAGS episodes in addition to
great music.
Tickets are just $15 each. Information for advanced reserved tickets can be

http://www.bfife4life.com. There is a discount for groups of 10 or more. He has
advertised the show in the Knoxville News-Sentinel and will
be on local radio stations also in the coming weeks.
