Hi Folks, I've also noticed that the calendars never show the year or the month. I've also noticed you never see advertising signs other than the generic Ace Gasoline or Acme Meats kinda signs.
No advertising signs at Weaver's, The fillin' Station or even in merchants window displays. The only brand name I've seen is Ford because Ford supplied all of the vehicles for TAGS. Seems the entire population of Mayberry drove a Ford...but I don't recall ever seeing a Ford Dealer in town. Interesting, huh?
