Dear Mayberry Friends, Today I had to have my orange tabby cat, Opie, euthanized. He was my best buddy for 19 1/2 years. I have been a TAGS fan all my life; testimony to that is naming my dear pet after a character! The doc said it was renal failure, and even though I selfishly wanted to keep him with me, I knew I had to do this. He had no quality of life. I'm just needing to share this most difficult day with my online friends. Thanks for listening.
