Robbie, I looked at those photos at the Surry Arts Council site, and I am interested in learning more about the painting of Betty Lynn that was unveiled at Mayberry Days. Can you or anyone else provide some information about that? I don't recall anyone mentioning anything about it. It looked beautiful, and the artist is obviously quite talented. Was it commissioned, or did the artist simply want to do it? What was Miss Lynn's reaction to it?
