"Now is the time to come to the aid of your neighbor."

The link below is a screen capture from "Goober the Executive" (courtesy of
Gary Wedemeyer). We're trying to figure out what the contraption is on the left
side of the door. If you know, send me an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (rather
than replying to the Digest) and I sure would appreciate it.

So far, we've thought it might be a ...

  Candy machine (best guess)
  Stamp machine
  Cologne sprayer
  Coin change machine

You can see the coin slot on the right, the frame on the top half that would
hold some sort of advertisement, the dispensor hole at the bottom and it
appears to be a lock at the very top to load the machine. The four large posts
are a mystery and the smaller post on the far right might be for the coin
return. The screen capture isn't clear enough to make out the writing on the
machine.

I recall many years ago Paul Mulik's post about covering the advertisement
for Mail Pouch on the thermometer at Wally's and this picture shows this
(Paul's always been ahead of his time).

Thanks for your help. I'll be sure to post to the Digest when we think we've
got it identified.
