re: Trivia Contest If asked to mediate, I would have suggested that the trivia contestants agree to "settle out of court in the spirit of Mayberry" as was done in this case. A very Mayberry like solution. (Of course, in Mt. Pilot this would be a very complicated case and would be liable to drag on the courts for years....")
