I need to take a stand for the president of our local "Mayberry" chapter, Dennis Beal. As most of you know, the 2007 Mayberry Days Trivia Contest ended in a tie and the trophy was awarded to 2 winners, Dennis and Pat Bullins. One of the disputed questions during the contest concerned the name of a commissioner, and Dennis answered "Hedges" and Pat answered "Hodges". "Hodges" was announced as the answer to the question.
