We're but weeks away from Mayberry Days - it's BIG!
I just got word from the Surry Arts Council that a block of group tickets
just became available for Colonel Tim's Talent Time. Don't miss the fun with
David Browning and our own Allan Newsome as The Mayberry Deputy and Floyd host
an evening of good fun and Mayberry antics that you just have to see to
complete your Mayberry experience.

We're still taking items for the Silent Auction (thank you to everyone who
has donated so far). I have a couple suggestions for folks who wants to get
involved but may not know what to donate:
1. I have open packs of all three sets of TAGS trading cards (330 total) that
would make a great item if they were made into a book. Someone can donate
enough card sleeves and a new 3-ring notebook to make this a great item.
2. I have water from Meyer's Lake in a jug that needs a small uniquely shaped
glass bottle that will seal tightly. The label I have is 3 inches square, so it
needs to be large enough for that, but small enough that it doesn't take up too
much space in anyone's collection display.
