I've come up with another theory about Ramona Wiley Bectoris' memory lapse.
Using the Barney method of deducting, I first looked at the name Wiley. As in
Mrs Wiley. Mrs Wiley had to be Ramona's mother or Aunt, or kin in some way.
Being that Mrs Wiley enjoyed matchmaking so much, I'm willing to hazard a guess
that she'd have set her (daughter, neice, etc) up on several dates prior to her
union with Mr Bectoris. So maybe Ramona had so many dates, the memory of
Barney beloved was wiped away. Anyway, that's my theory and I'm sticking to it
(until I find another anyway).
