No, it wasn't Barbara Pepper. She is taller, thin with a thin face, sharp eyes
and
blonde hair in a twist/bun. She was in several I Love Lucy episodes as well.
One
is Too Many Crooks as a neighbor and I have been her often in the background
in
Mayberry. She may also be in the episode with Mr. Frisbee, but definately in
the
episode where Ellie runs for council. She is one of the ladies at the
courthouse.
