We do see Barneys Mother once. When barny is out on a roadblock he stops most everybody in town including the mayor (our little fat mayor) and his Mother "But Barney, I'm your mother!" We never see his father tho who was mentioned in the episode of the reunion when the andy finds the rock in the trunk that the bottom falls out of.
