Due to all my trained noticing, I have heard the name Carter French mentioned on TAGS three times now. Andy called one of Opie's friends that name in the courthouse (the Steve Quincy bully show). Andy also said on another show that Carter French had called the courthouse, and Aunt Bee mentioned Carter French once. So, who is Carter French? Is it a real person from Andy's past? It's been preying on my mind.
