i dont think andy spanked opie for that... although andy was pro-spanking in opie and the spoiled kid he suggested to the father to take the arnold back out to the woodshed, for no other reason than a spanking. I think he mentioned spanking opie (but then didnt do it) during the mr mcbeevee episode. I'm glad they never showed a spanking.
