I believe I saw a sink in a cell that Otis or someone was in. It was in Cell#2 so it may not have been Otis.
I just always assumed the privy was just beyond the back room. That way Barney could let the prisoners out--walk them back there and then take them back to the cell. But I'm just guessin.
