Anyone remember? > Yes, the TV version ran on ABC 1969-71 with Bill Bixby in Glenn Ford's role, and Brandon Cruz taking over for the now--teenaged Ronny Howard. I love the 1963 movie, quite possibly Ron's best childhood performance ever (outside TAGS). It may very well be the first time in movie history we hear an actual child discuss sex and it's handled with a surprising amount of humor and good taste.
