Chicken feed if the value of Syndication and sales of the show though vhs was about to break through and much later dvd. few saw that much value in old shows. Ted Turner built TBS from them and credits more to tags for his early success there. Andy of course was along mainstay. Nick at night really showed the oldies value. I always thought the public domain cost went to whoever distributed them. The packaging was paid for so to speak, not so much the show. Anyway Andy doesn't directly profit from tags directly but, Paramount pays him on occasion to for promotion purposes. > >
