I always figured there was a separate City Hall where Howard's office was located. I estimated it was on the top floor of that bldg across from the drugstore with the columns and railings, sort of on the side of the Post Office, down from the bank. Has anybody else conjectured on this? I do all this figurin' when I'm fantasizing about a Mayberry theme park and where everything would go. I know I'm nuts! Aunt Bee of Orlando
