I saw in one of the books about TAGS that Barney said pepperelli for pepperoni. There was a list of some of the words he mangled and that was one of them. I don't think I heard him say pepperelli in any episode, but there it is on the list. Maybe the author was told by someone that Barn said pepperelli, or maybe the author thought he heard it but Barn actually said it correctly.
